Meet our sister building in Birmingham.


Introducing Citadel, situated on Corporation Street, set to offer a mix of office, retail, leisure and events space. Our approach to renovating over rebuilding this iconic building will help us save significant carbon emissions and landfill waste by radically reducing our need for new materials. By working in close partnership with Architecture 00 we plan to implement leading technology across the building to ensure Citadel runs off 100% green electricity, offering vehicle charging station, LED lighting, VRF air conditioning, cycle storage, showers and lockers to encourage our tenants to cycle to work. Our Green Leases will also help clarify measures and enable our tenants to keep their energy use and waste impact as light as possible.


Here are a few teasers of how the space is set to shape up. The purpose of the main atrium is to give freelancers and solo entrepreneurs space to connect, collaborate, work and socialise, as well as host food, art, music and cultural events to celebrate and support Birmingham’s vibrant culture. We’re excited to get going.
